Underjoy
A downloadable Experience for Windows
UNDERJOY is a liminal horror experience set beneath an abandoned amusement park.
This is not a typical horror game focused on jumpscares — the fear comes from the atmosphere, the silence, and the feeling that something is deeply wrong.
Explore forgotten rooms, strange attractions, and unsettling spaces that were never meant to exist.
Every corridor feels familiar… but distorted. Like a memory that doesn’t belong to you.
This demo is a short preview of the world and tone of the full game.
🕳️ Atmospheric exploration
🎠 Liminal environments & unsettling attractions
📼 Story fragments and mysterious recordings
🧠 Psychological tension over cheap scares
Thank you for playing — feedback is highly appreciated.
This is my first game.

Love the look and the atmosphere so far but the game crashes when using the cassette player you meet the bunny for the first time. unless that's where its supposed to end of concept/ prototype. but awesome vibes and am following :)
Thank you so much!! 🙏🔥
I’m really glad you liked the atmosphere and visuals so far, that means a lot to me.
And thanks for letting me know about the crash on the cassette player — that’s definitely not intended. I’ll check it out and fix it as soon as possible.
This is still a very early prototype, so bugs like that can happen, but your feedback really helps a lot. Thanks again for playing and for the support, I truly appreciate it! 🖤🎞️
Hey everyone! 👋
Just a quick note: this is a very early and primitive build of UNDERJOY — more like a first concept/prototype than a full demo.
The goal of the game is not traditional horror, so don’t expect jumpscares or loud scripted moments. The focus is more on atmosphere, unease, and the liminal feeling of the place.
This is also my first game ever, so I’m still learning a lot while building it.
I’d genuinely love to hear your feedback, ideas, or anything you think could improve the experience.
Thanks a lot for playing! 🖤
